Quick Update!

Oh Fudge!  I felt terribly tired last night and forgot to setup a post for ya'll to read in time for Breakfast (since the intarwebs reports say you wonderful people like to read my blog with a cup of coffee in the morning!).

Anyways, I'm rushing around today trying to play catch up, and I haven't even gone to work yet (something tells me work is going to be worse).

I just wanted to send out a quick reminder that the Comments contest is coming to a close, and I really appreciate everyone who has written in so far with great comments.  Oh, and thank you so much to my new subscribers! 

New Subscribers and Comments have helped me form a good idea about the direction to take this blog....

It seems alot of you are a little like me, you love the Vintage stuff I find, but you do seem to enjoy some of my crafting.  The original concept for this blog was to be about Crafting, and my love of my dog, BenderOak...

It's starting to become apparent that unless I have a different job that would provide me with more time to Craft and Write about Crafting, that it would be difficult to maintain a detailed blog about my crafting.

However, I will always have time to craft, so, from now on, most of my crafting posts will be primarily photo based, with little bits of info....unless I discover something super amazing to share with everyone.

I guess I'm going from BenderOak Gifts -Handmade Gifts to BenderOak Gifts Handmade Gifts & Shabby Chic Vintage Finds!    I don't plan on completely shifting the focus of this blog, but I do hope everyone enjoys me adding yet another feature of it: My love of Vintage Stuff and Random Old Junk Collecting!

I've really enjoyed trying to blog post every day to every other day, but if I'm a little short on words, will you guys still enjoy reading this blog?   What draws you in the most, photos, something to read, the general interest that is shared, new content you've never seen elsewhere online?

I've run into a few other blogs where this mix of content has been successful, I'm just wondering if I would end up exclude myself from people's interest.  What do you think?

Or Collecting?

Or maybe just Bender?
