Tuesday is a Day for Words (Announcements!)

So, I've been crafting like crazy, to the point where I haven't done any big sets of photography other than yesterday's Felted Dryer balls....But, it seems like some cool things are happening, so maybe today the awesome photos can take a backseat, as it seems I'm surrounded by web Announcements and Housecleaning, lol!

I mentioned it earlier, but there is a great new site called "Etsy On Sale" at www.EtsyOnSale.com.  This new site features the ability to quickly log in and manage Sales, Special Clearances, and discount sections of your Etsy shop in about, oh...7 or 8 clicks of the mouse!  Pretty Handy.  In fact, I've gone a little crazy with it and started randomly creating sales throughout this week in various sections of my shop.  With the upcoming Holidays, this is a great way to offer customers special discounts, plus, your Sale items will display on the main page of the Etsy On Sale homepage!

I'm up to my eyeballs in projects, blogging, and Vintage stuff to post online.  I actually feel like Mr. White Internet Kitty right now, with Vintage Goodness just hanging off me and all over the place.  I've gotta get cracking, not only do I get a mini-vacation next week, but I need to prep for the Holidays as soon as possible!

Okay, the Big Announcement, which comes with a really pretty picture I snapped the other day (Hey, I can brag, it's my blog!)

I am going to be in two Etsy Showcases!  I will be in the Vintage Etsy Showcase the Night before Thanksgiving!  I'm so nervous, but hopefully it will help me network and get a little more exposure.  I haven't found a lot of third party feedback about the Showcase feature on Etsy, but I really hope for the best.  

I will also be in the Main Showcase for Etsy on ThanksGiving Day!  This is a big deal to me, and I'm so excited.  

While I know word of mouth and making friends is one of the best ways to network and gain exposure, I'm hoping some of these recent "Internet Bumps" will help.

It's gonna be a full plate for me, and I'm hoping I'm not putting all my Ducks in one Basket, or however the saying goes...
