Overwhelmed...I'd rather be....
It seem's like I'm blogging and being a little too attached to the internet lately.
Months ago, I used to feel like this:
But lately, I just want to sit in a quiet, naturally lit room, or by a Candle, and Craft.
I've given up on Crafting/Making something for EVERYONE this year, and only plan on making a few things.
(This year, I won't Crochet/Knit everything. I'll mix it up, and probably give ACEO Cards, and maybe do up some jewelry. Though I know my Stepmom makes jewelry now, I still might try to pawn off something jewelry-esque on that side of the family.)
Right now, I'm up to my Eyeballs in Vintage Goodness, all sorts of cute Kitsch, Antiques, Jewelry, Knick Knacks, and then, well, I'm up to my eyeballs in Stuff...
I'v whipped out the needles again, and I'm taking a quick breather from all this amazing (and sometimes hectic) Vintage stuff to work on some crafting. Since time and how I spend it are so fleeting, I've picked a few easy projects (yep, my Holiday Shawl took to the back burner again), and hopefully I can post some cute tutorials and some crafty Eye Candy Soon!
One of the things I hope to work on are my tiny Thread Crochet Project....
In the meantime, I've started to use an online application called Etsy On Sale. It's letting me manage Sales and Discounts in my Etsy Store, and seriously, it's a pretty good tool for Etsy Sellers. I would totally recommended it for the larger or more established shops to run promotions and Sales. Right now, I've got a Veterans Day Sale going on, and my Jewelry Section will be on Sale for a limited Time on Saturday. I'm gonna hit the Hay...I've actually got a pretty good surprise crochet project and I hope to wake up early tomorrow so I can finish it!

And while I made the decision to do a major destash in my life so that I can earn money for some future goals, it's been a little overwhelming trying to photograph, describe, and list everything for my LeftOvers4Dinner Etsy shop. It's left almost no time for me to sit quietly and work on Crafty Things, unless it's painting or somehow refurbishing something thats been stored away or cataloged away in my Vintage/Junk Stash...
