Just a Little Tip for your Saturday Crafts....
As long as it doesn't rain this weekend, I plan to paint some really awesome finds I scored this week....
A common problem we run into is that the items I want to paint, are, well, uniquely shaped, and wouldn't do to well if I just laid them out on a workbench. So, what do you do?

Hang your project up, cheaply, with a Bungee cord!
Bungee cords are inexpensive, durable, and very versatile. They can hold a large amount of weight, no sharp edges and are often coated along the hook, so you can loop them around whatever you want to paint without scratching or damaging it. Luckily, this project had a tiny hole in the top that matched perfectly with one of our older Bungee cords.
Having something held up, so that you can get to it at any angle is great. Even coverage for painting, or if you're doing some other restoration, it allows you to spend more Hands-On time with working on the project , rather than holding or repositioning it.
Once your project is painted, you can hang it pretty much anywhere, without worrying about the edges getting stuck to something or having to handle it and smear the paint.
Well, hope everyone gets some crafting in this weekend, and if it's not too chilly, go outside!
