Help me Decide the next 3 months of crafting!

Okay, so December is not that far away, and that means one thing:

A Christmas and Holiday Party Shawl!

If I'm going to be running around in a pretty dress freezing my bum' off, I'm going to need a cute shawl or wrap to help me pretend that I'm warm (or that I at least know how to accessorize!).

I know this year, I want either two colors: Bright Screaming Holiday Santa Red, or a toned down, sophisticated Dark Grey/Silver color.

But I can't decide on a Shawl.

Can you help?

Here's my choices so far:

1.  Convertible Shawl By Robyn Chacula Crochet, Motif Shawl, made in pieces.

(Click here to view Shawl on Ravelry, as I don't have permission to share this image just yet!)

2.  Gathering of Leaves Shawl, by LilyGo Advanced/Intermediate Crochet Lace Shawl

(Ravelry Gallery Link)

3.  Falling Leaves Scarf/Stole, by Lucy Neatby: Knit Shawl, new Knitting Techniques for me, kinda bulky

(Ravelry Pattern Link!)

4.  Haruni Shawl, Independent Designer on Knitpicks! (Non-Knitters/Crocheters can access this link!) New techniques, light-weight, easily affordable yarn!

5.  Halia Stole, also on Knitpicks through their Independent Crochet Designer Patterns (Publicly Accessible, non-knitters/crocheter friendly site!)  Kinda bulky, but adaptable.

6.  Blue Curacao by Doris Chan: Crochet Lacey Pineapple Shawl.  Traditional, lacey, but some people might find it a little "mature".  I'd be making it out of a thinner yarn.

Or do you have a different suggestion?

PS: Here's my dress, just so you can get an idea:

My vote is for the Haruni. Have seen that made up and it is beautiful. Besides, we can do it together! (just starting on it)Good luck on whatever you decide, and I am sure whatever shawl you pick will be a winner. That dress is gorgeous.

Hey! I really like Haruni too, my only issue is that since I'm a new knitter, I might not be able to figure it out.... I'm probably going to buy the pattern next payday, and take a look at it. I've done very little lace, but it looks so pretty!

If I can't figure it out, I might end up trying to find something like it in crochet
