Diets are hard...

Diets take A LOT of organization, something I do not have...

Short of eating Low Carb Wraps for a week, I'm running out of super quick, easily accessible (i.e. "cheap") dinner options.

I'm sure this steak and high fiber tortilla I made may look delicious...






But after eating these several days in the same week, I'm sure my boyfriend and Bender are sneaking off to Wendy's while I sleep...

Lately, dinner is wraps or broiled chicken and vegetables, and everyone in the house has a sensitivity to seafoods and soy. Breakfast is usually scrambled eggs.



Neat tip: seal the flavor in your chicken by leaving the skin on as a little "pocket", and put your olive oil/butter/seasonings...etc. Inside. Take skin off when finished cooking, and give a little bit to your dog for a shiny coat!
Does anyone out there also live a low carb lifestyle? What do you usually cook? And how long does it take to prep/cook?
